GDPR — Your rights
Play Picks respects the General Data Protection Regulation. This page explains each right and how to use it.

Right of access
You may ask what data we hold about you. Send an email to [email protected] from the address you used to sign up. We will reply with a copy of your data within 30 days.
Right to correction
You may ask us to fix wrong or out-of-date data. Email [email protected] with the field you want to update and the new value. We will apply the change and confirm by reply.
Right to deletion
You may ask us to erase your data. We will delete your record unless a legal duty forces us to keep it. Send your request to [email protected].
Right to restriction
You may ask us to pause processing while you check the accuracy of your data or contest its use. We will keep the data on hold until the issue is solved.
Right to data portability
You may ask for your data in a common machine-readable format such as JSON or CSV. We send the file within 30 days of a valid request.
Right to object
You may object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including marketing. Reply to any of our emails with the word stop, or write to [email protected].
How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link inside any email we send. Turn off push notifications in your browser site settings. Or write to [email protected] and we will close your record.
Right to complain
If you feel your rights have been ignored, you may file a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
